I barely slept, my son was waking every hour at night. Some nights I ended up co-sleeping because I was so exhausted I could barely function…I was running on empty… Then I met Shayna, she never once made me feel like a burden. Her support (was) like talking to a close friend. After just two nights, my son was sleeping in his crib for 10–12 hours with only 3–4 feedings or wakings. By the end of the first week, he was down to 2–3, and by the end of our time together he was waking only once (for a quick feeding)… His naps stretched from 20–30 minutes to 1.5–2 hours, (and now) I’m the one waking him… This experience changed (mine) and my family’s life. It gave me back the joy and time with my son… I will forever be grateful to Shayna for supporting me every step of the way.
