SlumberPod Rental Agreement

I acknowledge that I am renting the SlumberPod from Shayna Dube of Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting.

  • Shayna Dube is the sole owner of the SlumberPod.

  • The SlumberPod has been inspected for any damages - including the poles and tent setup.

  • Defects (if any) will be disclosed prior to rental.

  • The SlumberPod rents for $10/night and price is non-negotiable.

  • Rental will be available as early at 7am on your day of departure and must be returned by 9pm on your day of arrival.

  • If your vacation extends outside of those times, you must purchase another night to accommodate.

  • Failure to pickup the SlumberPod rental for your vacation results in a loss of reservation. Reservations will not be moved to accommodate another time-frame if you forget to pick-up.

  • If any damages occur to the Pod structure (fabric portion), the full price of $249.99 will be due upon retrieval.

  • Pod is to be used in a non-smoking environment. If Pod returns smelling like cigarette smoke, client will be responsible to replace it.

  • If using the Pod in an environment with pets, please ensure adequate removal of pet hair before returning.

  • If any damages occur to the poles, a replacement cost of $50 will be charged.

  • Pickup and drop-off is contactless and the responsibility of the client.

  • Delivery of the SlumberPod is not available.

  • SlumberPod pickup and drop-off location is: 186 Campbell Crescent 

  • If your itinerary changes, you must notify Shayna immediately - Pod rentals generally have a 24-hour turn-around time. Please send any itinerary changes to: midnightmamasleepconsulting@gmail.com

  • If you need to make changes to your reservation within the 24-hour range, refund will not be granted.

  • SlumberPod is recommended for usage in well ventilated areas where the climate can be controlled. It is not recommended for usage in a non-controlled environment (ex. Tenting).

  • Shayna Dube of Midnight Mama Sleep Consulting will not be held responsible for any serious injuries or death associated with the SlumberPod.

  • SlumberPod fits over a Playpen or toddler cot system, but it is up to the discretion of the parent how you choose to use the Pod.
