HOW and WHEN do we change our baby's nap schedule? As a newborn, it might seem like your baby is napping all day long. But as they get older, their awake time gets longer, and you'll realize that your once "sleepy baby" is now WAY more alert and paying attention to e v e r y t h i n g around you.

They seem to be less interested in sleep, and more interested in playing. This is SUPER normal. It doesn't always mean we need to "cut a nap" or have them stop napping at all - instead, let's transition them to a newer schedule - one that suits their age better.
